100% grass-fed and pasture-finished beef from our small family farm in the Hector. We raise healthy perennial pastures and happy cows to produce wholesome, nutritious food. We practice rotational grazing by moving our herd of 60 black Angus cows at least once a day to fresh, native forages. We steadily work to regenerate our pastures and silvopastures. Our calves are born on pasture, and raised with their moms and siblings. From birth to butcher, each animal lives under our care. Our pastures and animals are organically managed.
